The epoxy resin consists of two types: low temperature conductive adhesive and Stycast®2850FT epoxy resin。Epoxy resins are used to mount and secure the sensors while providing thermal contact and electrical insulation with the sample。Epoxy resins can also be used for adhesive fixation of mechanical accessories and mechanical connection points。Stycast®2850FT is a black epoxy resin with a thermal expansion coefficient that matches copper。The low temperature conductive epoxy resin filled with silver has excellent strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity。

Low temperature conductive epoxy adhesive can be used for lasting adhesion of test samples or temperature sensors to the sample holder, it is a 100 component solid, two components, low temperature curing, silver filled epoxy grease in addition to high conductivity and thermal conductivity as well as excellent strength and adhesion properties。

Epoxy Stycast® 2850-FT，Curing agent 9，Stycast® is most commonly used at low temperatures，Highly versatile，Non-conductive epoxy resin glue，The main uses of Stycast® are vacuum penetration joint sealing or persistent heat sink，Use this product in vacuum sealed penetration joints，Excellent thermal cycle reliability。Stycast® is an alternative to Apiezon®N grease when durable sensor installation is required。
