TPS-mini turbo molecular pump
The TPS-mini portable vacuum solution combines a TwisTorr 74 FS turbo molecular pump with a 10 L/min dry diaphragm pump for a competitive advantage。The system is small in size and light in weight among similar products, and can be installed on the test bench or directly on the system through the suction port flange。The integrated display reads system pressure from a variety of active vacuum gauges。
The TPS-mini is a ready-to-use dry pump set that is the ideal vacuum solution for small volume chamber and gauge calibration systems。The switch is simple and easy to use, with a single tap to achieve high vacuum。

TPS compact turbomolecular pump set
The TPS compact pump set is a portable oil-free turbinolecular pump set。Equipped with a TwisTorr 74 FS or 305 FS turbomolecular pump and backed by Agilent's 3 m3/h (60 L/min) scroll dry pump technology, the compact size provides the fastest vacuum speeds on the market。The large pressure display can take a variety of active vacuum gauge readings。

The TPS mobile system is a customizable set of high pumping speed pumps located on a small volume rolling cart。Choose from more than 400 configurations，Includes IDP or TriScroll scroll dry pump (pumping speed 3-30 m3/h)，Or DS rotary vane pump (pumping speed 6-30 m3/h) as the front pump，Small and medium sized TwisTorr turbomolecular pumps with pump speeds ranging from 70 to 700 L/s。Multiple options for TPS mobile systems include the new TwisTorr 305 technology, which offers high compression ratio (TwisTorr 305 FS) and high throughput (TwisTorr 305 FSQ) configurations。
